WHAT IS GERAN DIGITAL PMKS MADANI 2025?

Launched by the Ministry of Finance under Belanjawan 2025, this grant empowers micro, small, and medium enterprises (PMKS) to adopt digital tools to enhance business operations. For this initiative, committees of BSN, MDEC, & MCMC and also the Funding Society (FS), serve as an application platform provider.

Digital Grant Application Workflow

Submit application online

*Important Note: Please ensure you provide a valid email address. Otherwise, your application will be rejected or deemed invalid.

Both Dita Selia and the SME will receive an email from Funding Societies (FS) confirming receipt of the application, along with the Application Reference ID.

Funding Societies (FS) will notify both parties of the application outcome via email.

  • If approved, a payment URL will be provided.
  • If rejected, the reason will be stated.

SME must make a 50% payment within 14 days using the provided payment URL.
* Note: Payment must be made via the approved FS channel (CardUp). The link will expire after 14 days.

Funds will be transferred to Dita Selia within 3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Applicant Eligibility

    • Registration Requirements: Must be registered with SSM or licensed by local authorities (PBT), as well as Cooperatives registered with the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM).
    • Malaysian-Owned: MSMEs/Cooperatives must be at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
    • Operating Duration: The business should be operating for at least six (6) months.
    • Annual Turnover: Must have a minimum average annual sales turnover of RM50,000.
    • Previous Grants: MSMEs/cooperatives are only eligible if they have not received a Digitalisation Matching Grant before, except for e-invoicing applications.

Required Documents

  • Copy of IC or passport of the director(s), partner(s), or proprietor(s).
  • Business registration with SSM, local authorities, or SKM.
  • Latest audited accounts, management accounts, or last 2 months’ bank statements.
  • Invoice or quotation from the appointed Digitalisation Partner (DP).
  • Submit your application at Funding Societies.

Application Steps

  1. Appointed: The SME must contact and appoint one of the Digitalisation Partners (DP) to perform any of the digitalisation services available.
  2. Application: The SME must complete and submit the application form together with the required supporting documents via the online portal here
  3. Approval Process: Funding Societies will review applications. Approved MSMEs/cooperatives will be notified 
  4. Payment: Approved MSMEs/cooperatives must make a balance payment for the selected services within a 14-day period via a specific payment link. The grant covers 50% of the invoiced amount or up to RM5,000.00.
  5. Service Delivery: Upon payment, the chosen DPs will deliver the digital services to the MSMEs/cooperatives.
  6. Claim & Disbursement: Once services are delivered, DPs are to submit a claim form with proof of delivery. 

* Note: Only the SME is authorized to complete and submit the application form with the relevant supporting documents. Appointment of any third party for the submission of the application is not allowed.
